Coldness

Coldness

A Poem by Alissa Marie Unknown

Shadows of misery
black and dull no
light can even pierce
the thickness blanketing
your soul.

The chill everyone receives
when your presence comes
due from the ice that could
be used to cool down Honolulu.

Shadows of misery
black and dull no
light can even pierce
the thickness blanketing
your soul.

You're cruel and selfish
you care none for what happens
to those around you just
wait for it will only obliterate you.
