Life of a CactiA Poem by AlinaTheCactiEh who knows why I wrote this, perhaps to show people about perspectives
Feelin' all lonely in the sands
Finding all living avoid your hands Drenched with sweat that no one likes Pricks, pricks that eat one's hands Company is none its got Except for its food, which never talks Moving is death, living is only breaths Being a pray with nada defense Getting bitten by its friends Greedy living beings, humans or not Stealing its water, the hard work its gotDead steals, living take.
Work and work, in the desert stakes Barriers put in place, Pushing all bullies away, Nothing can survive for long Except for maybe the halls Memories covered in sand, People removing the plan, One by one, the roots detach, Feeling the air, feeling bare, Bad or good, life will tell Relocated in a plain old' box Its life depends on yours Protect me or expose? Hurt me or help? Being hard on the outside, Being vulnerable on the inside, One last bit, don't pull it down It worked so hard, Give it the peace that it deserves, © 2018 AlinaTheCactiAuthor's Note
