It is, in fact, a song. It's pretty slow.

Author's Note

I thought of this a long time ago and finally finished it and wrote it down. In my head, it's sung by a male voice. I think it's Ed Sheeran. The mental instrumentals (haha) come from the song "I See Fire," which he sings during the end credits of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. Forgive me for the intracerebral plagiarism. In the highly unlikely event that I ever become a songwriter, I'll have someone else figure that part out.

Great song! The verses flow really well together. Though I cannot for the life of me think of the song you are referencing, as I read your words I found a natural rhythm that came out of nowhere. I like your wording. As I said above, it has a natural flow to it so I think that if you found someone to write the music for your words then it won't be so hard to make this a genuine song. Not only do I love this song, I love the inspiration behind it! I'm a Middle Earth fan and I enjoy a couple of Edinburgh Sheer an songs, too. "I see fire" is definitely a song I like from Sheeran.

More about your own song, I would like to know how it will sound as a song when it ever happens. I bet it would beawesome! The words alone would get anyone pumped up!
