Personal Rain cloudA Poem by AliceI sit here in this dark cave, so sure that I wish to escape But sitting here with thoughts that race, I begin to evade the clouds dancing in my way. So I sit in the far corner, leaned against the smallest border My head filled with such immense horrors. The darkness too thick to see anything but a lit candlewick, but when I step towards it, it only gets farther, and when I reach for it I'm back there at my border Can someone tell me how to escape this place? I'm drowning in the rain clouds invading my personal space.
