A perfect pastel lace anarkali is brought down by this dowdy velvet duppata.Velvet is not at all flash friendly and this flashy horror makes it look like a mini carpet wrapped around. The duppata looks plain misfit, where the color contrast is spot on.PS- Dear designers, let velvet be left for cushions and curtains. Amen

Ms.Chopra has taken our suggestion of going the loom way when it comes to sarees pretty seriously. This look is a tutorial on how a flashy golden kangeevaram can be worn with sassy retro panache.
