Death By Plane

Death By Plane

A Poem by Laura Pruett

Driving never was
Exactly pleasant
Although I must say
That it seemed to
Have its benefits

Before I met
You, that is

Perhaps if we had
Landed safely
All would have been well
Never having
Ended with this crash

I hate planes, myself. It must be awful to die that way.
