a desperate cry for help from yourself, this was raw emotionally, and using words like "shudder and quake" were a great word choice.

shudder and quake are in my top 2 favourite words, and sometimes I fear I overuse them... but they're just so... visual...

I like this one as well. Let go of what's causing lots of sorrow and personal pain. A good way to relieve this could be too sing in the rain, sing to the stars, as long as words don't fall on deaf ears, you'll find a true shoulder to cry on. Great job. :)

Mmm.. It is the birth of something beautiful out of great pain.
I couldn't hold on to the pain any longer, it was making itself in the itch that I feel the need to scratch (cutting) i'm numb. But... realizing everything I have... Beauty.
