Apocalyptic loveA Poem by johnnyqueer
Lily pad ocean circle disks,
Black pits sit centered. Connected so deeply, I don't want to blink. I don't want to breathe, Until you're here with me. I will love you til the oceans dry, I would wait til the very end... Just to hold you in my arms, Whilst awaiting the end. Sapphire ovals swell and descend, Strength isn't so easy to fake. Doubt forms like vortex, A collage of wishes ruined. I'll hold onto faith until My fingers break. I will love you til the oceans dry, I would wait til the very end... Just to kiss you sweetly, Whilst awaiting the end. Concrete sculptures sit and remain, Thankfully I found you just in time. Still bodies empty of soul embrace One another awaiting their fate, Our fate on the other side. Will you be with me? © 2012 johnnyqueerReviews
