Beautiful.A Poem by johnnyqueer
Just as damaged as I am, more beautiful than he was.
A smile that lights up the room, re-lights my heart. I melt beneath my thoughts of you, dreams of you. Invaded, you captured my fascination. Held it tight. I can show you a world so different, undiluted. Just as damaged as I am, more beautiful than he was. You extract my colors, more vibrant when you speak. Breathe heavy, dissolve into what could be perfection. Disrobe your doubt upon branches, along with anxiety. Close your eyes and exhale your memories, give them to me. Just as damaged as I am, more beautiful than he was. Follow me closely, this is also new to me. I am ready for fire again, I've grown so tired of ice. Place your hand in mine, we will search for peace. Rest your head upon my chest, drift off into bliss. Just as damaged as I am, more beautiful than everything. © 2011 johnnyqueerReviews
