Fix You

Fix You

A Poem by Alexis Rikke
"

Read it.

"

You're a cracked mirror,
you're missing pieces,
you're on the razor edge of falling apart.

I don't care if I cut all my fingers
picking up the pieces of
your broken heart.

I am determined to mend this mirror
along with all the pieces that follow,
if it means that you'll finally see yourself
as anything but hollow.

So uncover all your skeletons,
undress your insecurities.
I will see what I can do.
Just know that as long as
you keep loving me
I promise to fix you.
