Ranged - Crystal bow isn't at all bad, but is not the ideal weapon for someone with your abilities and budget. You must at least build a Royal Crossbow. I'm not sure how you can do this because I don't have one however, I've been told it's simple (and the Royal Xbow is a tier 80 weapon). If you're in my position and wish to make the crossbow you could always purchase the Zaryte (60Mish), it's an 80-tier weapon that has no ammo, unlike the Crystal bow, and is degraded extremely slowly. The tier 90 weapons include the Ascension crossbows, both worth 255Mish . So to buy both , you'd need to pay 500M+.

Nex armors are also good But they're definitely not suitable for Slayer. I have Pernix and I use it for PvP and bossing only.
