TodayA Poem by Alexander143The dragon of my castle, I'm leaving you today!Addictive. Sweet pain; Its love from a villain. Kiss me, passionately, and then- Hold my hand and slit my vein. That's all you do, hurt me! Why won't you set me free? Lift up this curse! Let me be! Stop! You're killing me sweetly. Your hand pecks me with a slap. I'm praying for this hurt to stop. I'm loosing myself. Loosing hope. Hurt me! All the way, down this slope. Proudly, you grin when I hurt. The treasure in me; Your dirt. Tears are the order of my day. But no! I'm going away today. I'm a prisoner of your passion. With you, but I still feel alone. The pain is past my skin and bone. Dare to close your eyes and I'll be gone! Humbly, I was your fool, But today, I'm leaving you! What's to be done, I'll do,- Yes! I'll even hurt if I've got to. Give me back my wings! Here, take back your diamond earrings! Its time I collected my every blessing,- Cuz, let me or not, today, I'm leaving. On guard! Today, I'll fight! My faith and hope, my might. Through the sun or moonlight,- Today, I'll set the tale right. You! The dragon of my haunted castle; Even with my very last muscle- I'll ferociously slay. I'm leaving you today. With a thud you fall to the ground. There's no need to look around, I'm leaving, and won't look back. Take the fall, today, you're out of luck! Keep Smiling © 2013 Alexander143 |
