Chapter 4

After hanging up from the call with Cassie I felt so in control that the fact that Mel could get harmed greatly from my decision didn't even matter anymore for I had no more sympathy for the Rose family anymore. I even sat for a moment and pictured the expression on Mel's face as Cassie and her guards began chopping her to pieces and oddly enough a smile came across my face. I knew that even though Cassie was taking care of Mel that sooner or later she would want to come after me and I couldn't let that happen so I decided that it was time that Cassandra Capazzi left the picture for good. After and hour of scheming to get back at Cassie a knock came upon the office doors, I yelled out for the person to enter; the person entered the room and it turned out to be my friend Max Capetta. Seeing Max I jumped out of my seat and rushed towards him to give him a friendly hug and punch on the arm.

"Ouch what did I do to deserve that?" Max asked "you were away too long that's what you did to deserve it" I replied "well next time call more and maybe I would come....so I see we are working in our pajamas now and days huh?" "it's been a busy morning" "well no matter how busy the morning I didn't come here to discuss the fashion world but instead to tell you that I have major ideas and plans to expand Capazzi Unlimited around the globe you just have to be willing to accept" "well what would have to be done first and for most ?" "I understand that yes the company is still a part of Rose Corp. but to go global you would have to branch off of Rose Corp." "Ruby would never let that happen and now that I am in control of Capazzi Unlimited you know she's going to make it her goal to boot me out of here" "well that's where my plans come to play you see to branch off you would have to bring in a greater profit than Rose Corp. a profit so big that the world will notice the inner competition going on at the company and then you would be able to legally buy off Capazzi Unlimited as it's own private company".

The ideas that Max threw out were of geniuses it's as if Max has been planning this his whole life. The thoughts that Max told me were great and could not be passed up so I decided that I needed Max here on a daily basis. Still though even with Max here I had to worry about Cassie coming back and even maybe bringing Max into this and that I really could not let happen. I propose that Max becomes the President of Capazzi Unlimited and handle it's expansion personally; Max accepted my offer and from there history began to be written. Now that I finally had a fool proof and legal game plan to bring Rose Corp. down I had to take care of Cassie so I left Capazzi Unlimited and drove to Mel's loft. The reason I drove to her loft was because I had spare clothes there and I couldn't go back to my house because by now Cassie's goons would have been there tearing the place apart to find me and I wasn't going to walk around in pajamas all day. Reaching Mel's loft I entered through the door cautiously just in case someone was there still, I looked around there was no one there so I closed the door and walked to her bedroom heading for the closet. I found an outfit of mine that I left here and put it on, suddenly I hear a noise come form the bedroom so I step out of the closet and I was quickly attacked from behind and threw to the floor. I looked up to see who the attacker was and it was Ruby. I got off of the floor and began yelling at Ruby.

"Are you crazy? " I asked Ruby with angrily "What are you doing here?" Ruby asked "none of your damn business so what is it to you?" "this is my sisters house so if it has to do with her then it has to do with me" "that's your problem Ruby you think that you can place yourself in everyone's lives but you can't so when are you going to see that huh?" "don't you dare tell me about putting myself somewhere obviously you don't see what your'e doing" "oh and what is it that i'm so called doing? " "you had no right to buy those shares from Lil and you have no right putting yourself in my family's company" "I have all the right ha ha you should have never gave that dumb tramp the shares without making sure that she wouldn't sell them to the next stranger walking for a quick dollar and you better be lucky I was the one who bought them" "why did you buy them? why are you doing this anyways?" "to prove a point !" what point are you trying to prove?" "that rose by any other name can be broken now if you'll excuse me".

Ruby stood in frustration as she watched me walk out of the door not knowing exactly what to do she pulled out her cellphone and began making a call. The call was made to Mel's cell phone but Mel wasn't picking up so Ruby stormed out of Mel's loft in anger. Just as Ruby was about to reach her car she got a call on her cell and it was from Mel's phone, Ruby answered and before she could say anything a voice stopped her by telling her that she had 4 hours to get down to the docks or her sister was as good as gone. Ruby not knowing what exactly was going on began to ask who was it that was using her sisters phone but the person wouldn't answer but only started counting down;Ruby hung up the phone and sped off in her car. Ruby did not know if this caller was serious or not but she could not risk Mel being in trouble so she blocked the ideas out of her head and continued to drive, just as Ruby was about to reach the docks she reached into her glove department and pulled out a small but effective handgun for protection just in case she needed it. As Ruby pulled into the docks another call came in to her phone and it was from Mel's phone again so she answered it asking where was Mel;the person on Mel's phone instructed Ruby where to park so Ruby followed the instruction. Ruby tucked the gun in her pants waist behind her back and headed into the docks. When Ruby walked into the docks she immediately saw Mel lying on the ground covered in blood not knowing was she still alive or not Ruby rushed over to her side and crouched down to check if she was alright. Suddenly she heard a gun being cocked back and it being pointed directly at her head so she put her hands up in surrender. She turned around to find out that the person holding the gun was Cassie Capazzi.

"Cassie what are you doing?" Ruby asked frantically "I told you Ruby that I was going to make sure that the Rose sisters fall and Capazzi rise" Cassie replied "oh and this was your way well don't you think if we come up missing people will wonder where we are and then fingers will likely be pointed at you because we all know that losing your company was very traumatic for you and maybe you snap and did something like this" "yeah you're right but come on now Ruby with all of your enemies do you really think they would just look at me and plus i'm not the one that shot you ha ha" "what are saying?" "i'm saying you shot Mel and then yourself" "b***h now I truly know that you are crazy" "come on now Ruby the world knows you're going through a rough divorce and that he's trying to take you for everything  also you have a mystery sister that daddy dearest never told you of awwww boo hoo then there's Kair who you had to watch in a hospital bed suffer day in and day out from a attack that the doctors didn't know if she would repair from and instead of fighting you decide to just quit so you figured shooting yourself would be the best thing to do to escape all of this" "what about Mel stupid?" "oh well of course you have to have that person that plays hero you know the OH NO PLEASE DON'T! person well Mel had the lead role for that and that's when you decided that hey why should you be the only one to need an escape don't you think Mel needs to escape as well I mean come on now, sleeping with her ex-girlfriends best friend, her ex-girlfriend royally f*****g her and her family by forcing her way into the family way yeah that's means for escape" "you'll never get away with this b***h" "but Ruby it can all go away all you have to do is call Kirby your little puppet lawyer and tell her to draw up some contracts saying that you turn over all of Rose Corps. belongings to me Cassandra Capazzi so how about it?".

Cassie then threw Mel's cell phone on the ground towards Ruby to see if she would pick the phone up and dial or be stupid enough to refuse her. RUby picked up the phone and began dialing.
