Lost and Bound

Chapter 3

I woke up this morning to the sound of my phone ringing off the hook so I turned and answered it. On the phone Cassie Capazzi and she was monotone but you could still tell that she had something important to tell me. Cassie advised me that she had a game changer for the taking down of Rose Corp. that was in our favor, this news was great to me but still it was Cassie Capazzi so I was a bit worried thinking to myself is this benefiting us or her? The thought continued to flow through my head but still I had to know what this game changer was so I asked her and she told me to meet her on the docks right outside of the town in thirty minutes. I rushed out of bed in my pajamas and headed for my car then took off into the early morning to witness this sudden change in events that was in our favor as Cassie says. I was very curious about what it could be that I wasn't really paying any attention to the fact that I was right around the corner of the docks. Reaching the docks I parked around where Cassie's personal Limo was and at the door there were four guards standing outside, so I got out of my car and headed for the door where they then let me in. When I got inside I looked around to notice that it was all dark and mossy, the smell of the sea over whelmed inside. Finally Cassie came out of a room clapping her hands.

"Abby good morning or should I say great morning I see you are looking as horrible as usual" Cassie stated "why thank you Cassie you influenced the look" I replied " if only....but anyways you are here to witness the revival of Capazzi Unlimited and the fall of Rose Corp." "oh really? so this game changer must be a great thing if it can do all of that" "why yes yes it is my friend and you are here to witness this moment personally because you inspired the thought" "did I?" "yes you did, I sat at home and thought to myself what would conflict Abby to hand Capazzi Unlimited over to me so that I myself Cassandra Capazzi could make Rose Corp. fall? and then it dawned on me why don't I bring in some collateral" "really Cassie? is this what you called me out of my bed for? to talk about you getting Capazzi Unlimited back? well you can forget it because you will never get it back especially now that you upset me and you know what to make it even better that position that I was going to give to you guess what....you're fired and I expect your office no I mean my office to be cleaned out by time I get there because I have some re decorating to do don't you think?".

As I was about to leave Cassie stopped me by calling my name so I stopped and turned back to her to see what she wanted this time. Cassie then gave a signal to all of her men and suddenly all of the lights turned on in the building and that's when I noticed there was a person sitting in a chair , bound and gagged, and a black pillow case around their face.

"Now where was I ? Oh yeah the game changer....well say hello to it or should I say her?" Cassie said

One of the guards walked over to the person and took the pillow case off of their head and revealed to me that it was Mel. From the looks of it I could tell the they have been beating on her brutally. The sight of Mel in pain angered me to a pint where I ran towards Cassie to pound on her but as soon as I was about to reach her one of the other guards grabbed me and restrained me. Cassie walked towards me gloating and laughing , I tried my best to break free of the guard to get to Cassie.

"Now now Abby I don't think you should be getting aggressive do you? ha ha you wouldn't want to end up like Melly here now would you?" Cassie asked " go f**k yourself, and when he lets me go I plan on handing out a*s whoopings to you all started with you b***h" I angrily replied "now Abigail play nice" Cassie stated; and at that moment I spat in her face making sure it hit her hard. 

Cassie wiped the spit off her face throwing it to the ground in disgust, then she slapped me across my face. Cassie then walked over to Mel and pulled out a gun, cocking the gun back she then pointed it at Mel's head. As Cassie pointed the gun towards Mel's head you can see Mel begin to cry for she thought that Cassie was going to shoot her then and there. I let out a roar as if I was a jungle lion of that sort but I could tell it didn't do anything but put a bigger smile on Cassie's face it seemed as if mel's fear and my anger fueled this b***h to her maximum insanity.

"Now I am going to tell you how this is going to go ALRIGHT! you are going to go to your lawyers office and have that b***h make up some forms stating that you are placing Capazzi Unlimited back in my control not 80% not 90% but full 100% and if you don't then I will personally have my men deliver Mel daily to Ruby's doorstep meaning I am going to shoot the b***h, then chop her up in pieces and mail her BUT you can save her Abby all you got to do is sign your name on the dotted line and your girl friend here can go free" Cassie announced.

Cassie then signaled her guard to put me down, I was about to walk towards Cassie but she pointed the gun closer to Mel's head so I stopped. I looked Mel in her eyes and told her don't worry then I walked towards the door to leave but before I could walk out the door Cassie then told me that I had four hours to do so. I walked to my car , got in and drove off rapidly.I finally reached my house, I ran inside to find Kendall , there she was sitting on the computer; I yelled at Kendall to go upstairs and pack her suitcases full of clothes right that moment. Kendall stared at me for a moment so I yelled it again and she got up to do so, I couldn't let Cassie get her hands on Kendall cause if she would do it to Mel then I know she would try and kidnap Kendall. An hour passed and Kendall was completely packed, in that hour I called Kendall's father who was an Army Major stationed France and told him that I was sending her to him for a little bit because we were going through some problems here so he was expecting to meet Kendall at the airport. I rushed Kendall to the car and drove off, while in the car she began frantically asking me questions like what was happening? Why was she going with her dad? What just happened to me? I ignored each question telling her to just leave it alone. At the airport I purchased Kendall a first class ticket to Paris and we sat and waited for her plane to leave. Kendall's flight finally began to board after an hour later so I gave her a big hug and kiss goodbye telling her I Love Her and she got on her plane and took off.

A call came through on my phone as I drove to Capazzi Unlimited, I answered the phone and it was Cassie telling me that I had one hour to make a decision or else she was going to go through with her plans of hurting Mel. I hung up the phone because I had a plan of my own and I wasn't going to let Cassie get Capazzi Unlimited. Reaching Capazzi Unlimited I parked my car, rushed into the building and hurried up to the head office where I paced back and forth going over and over about how I should do this. Finally I looked at the clock to find out that the hour was up and at that moment my phone began to ring so I answered it and not to my surprise it was Cassie asking me have I made a decision.

" So what is it going to be huh Abby?" Cassie asked "are you by Mel Cassie?" "Yes I am" "put me o speakerphone I want to speak to her I want to make sure she's alive" "Sure" Cassie put the phone on speaker then took the gag out of Mel's mouth. "Hello....Abby help me please" Mel cried "Cassie I made my decision" I said "and that would be?" Cassie asked "before I make my decision I want to ask Mel a question" I said "what is it Abby?" Mel asked "Do you trust me with your life?" I asked "Yes Abby I do" Mel answered "WRONG ANSWER TRY AGAIN! always business baby never personal oh and Cassie save me a finger....Decision made" I stated.
