Happily Ever After?

I'm down on my knees screaming loudly, clutching the gaping hole where my heart used to beat, it seems like the louder I scream, the more blood pours out of the hole in my  chest,

Wishing you were here, I don't know what's happened, you're everything, the reason I breathe, the best,

You say despite what's happened, you don't want to leave me, you say you still love me, but where are you?

My screams seem to have gotten louder and the blood streams out faster, all I hope is that we end up once again, together, happily ever after,

The tears begin to follow this water fall of blood, down my face, am I alone in this place?

I look around for any sign of you, but all I see is this empty, dark room under the pale moonlight, I fall slightly forward, making my way to my side, I feel blank,

I'm confused and not sure what to think, I close my eyes, indulging myself in thoughts of you, hoping that once again, together we'll be.
