Feels Like This

Basically this poem describes what it is like to be anxious and feeling low and depressed. It is what I feel sometimes.

It feels like this somehow

Every day and in every way

Forms are taken which are well known

Holding until inconsistently changed

Fire in chest at lack of breath

Being here is like being alone

Fight it and holding on

Low is just a curse

Behind all that happiness is

Don’t take all that is literal

Have you known me for long?

Ice in a warm freeze

These are my dark darn days

Minutes and time don’t matter

Try to listen to me please?
