Friends

You see no bravery

In me

Because I am afraid

To end up poor

Like the people

That is sleeping

On the street of

Toronto

Also friend

I am always being

Very careful with my money

I never go over my budget

When I buy something

Like clothes from the

Second-hand store

I also don’t see anything wrong

In buying second-hand clothes

Yes friend the second-hand clothes

That I bought a while ago

I am wearing every single day

And I must say that it is my style

Of clothes

Friends

Don’t call me cheap

Because you would be

Insulting me

And I must say that

I hate to be insulted  by you

Friends

Yes friends

My parents are not alive

Anymore

They are dead

Also, they left an inheritance

For me

That inheritance is not even

Enough to live

I have that money in my account

Locked away for my retirement

Also, I can’t take it out before I am

65 years old

Also friends

Please don’t let me die alone

Because I am afraid to die alone
