This is my home

Friends

This is my home

That I live in

With peace

That the veterans

Had given

And I don't take

Piece for granted

Because here at home

I can walk outside

And have some piece

Also I can have my piece

Of mind

Without being disturbed

Yes I am always minding my

Own business

Because I don't want

To be killed by anybody

In the street

I am also afraid

That some strangers could

Kill me

For drugs

Because the strangers

Smoke some joints

And I had many times smelled it

And it smelled awful

I never talk to strangers

When I am also

Walking on the streets

Also I am very proud

To live in Canada
