Friends be cause I am older than you

I am also not young anymore

I already had lived my younger days

That my father had given me to live

End I was very healthy at my younger days

Today I have depression

End my depression is a constant battle

That I have to fight every single days

In the Summer my depression is ok

Because I have more energy to do things

Also I receive plenty of vitamin d

From my God

In the winter I have a hard time copping

With my depression

Because I also have lucky of energy

Also I have a hard time getting out of bed

And wake up in the morning

Outside still dark

Also we don’t get any sun during the Winter

That I hate

We only get the grey sky every day
