Done for me

The poem Done for me Is a very old poem Written by Aldo Kraas

God have done for me

This wonderful sunny day

That I had enjoy very much

God have done

With the sunsets at the end of the day

And I looked up in the sky and I saw the sunset

It took my breath away

Also the night arrived

And I am going to bed now

Because I need my sleep

Tomorrow I will wake up early

And I will get ready to go out

I will have my breakfast

Because breakfast is the first meal that I have

Also I need a few cups of coffee

To wake up

I went for walk in High park

And there I heard the birds singing for me

That left me breathless

I really enjoyed the birds singing for me

I am proud that I live in Canada

I am a land immigrant

I had migrate from Brazil to Canada

In Canada we don't have war

This is a free country

We don't have child labour in Canada

Canada is a multi cultural country

We welcome all the refuges to  Canada

And the refuges are happy  to live in Canada

Thanks God the refuges have a place to live in Canada

Now all they need to find is a job

So they can pay their rent

And support their family

Their kids go to school

So they can get an education

Because it is very important to get an education

The immigrants needs also to learn English

So that they can speak it and write it

The refuges never saw snow

Because they came from Syria

A country that is in war

The winter in Canada are very long

And also the kids are enjoying the winter

But their parents hate the cold

The day is very short during the winter

And it gets dark early

At 8:00 pm the kids go to bed

Because they have to wake up early to go to school

The kids have hot chocolate for breakfast to drink

And to eat they have French toast

The  kids take their lunch to school from home to school

They make some friends in school
