My X'mas Wish.

My X'mas Wish.

A Poem by Alcoholocaust

It's a crowded street.

And you blend in, unnoticed.

Walking down.

Couples and families engulfing you.

And it hurts. For you're alone.

Hurrying along the road;

You come to an end.

And you stop for a moment.

Not knowing where to go next.

Even though it's Christmas.

(I just wish I could spend Christmas with someone. Nothing more.)

Yes it does. To be alone, trying to find something or someone you could attach yourself to. Just for warmth, or familiarity. But yet, it eludes us at times.

Sometimes, life really is like that. We just have to go through it and wait for or perhaps find that time when you will be sharing yourself with someone.
