a hurried sentence came over me

a hurried sentence came over me

A Poem by Pema Dorje

while my hand gently grazed over the paper

my pen began to tremble

outside an empty car stole the silence

shooting lamps of red and white

the horn bleating of theft when no one was there

     to hear it

in my unfolding book of poems

                        it is like that

I loved the distance from which I 've read this piece. like......kilometres away...from your soul and yet connected. beautiful. Jerry, come back !!

Thought I reviewed this earlier. Perhaps not. Anyway, I like it. Life seems to be like that. Good work.
