Hero

was inspired by a song and was writing this while singing so ignore the non-fluency

Our hero, our hero claims a warriors heart.
I tell you, I tell you the hero comes.
It's announced to all the evils of our hearts.
Our hero, our hero banishes all evils.
Although they creep up and try to take us unawares.
Our hero, our hero protects us in times of need.
It is in our darkness that we realise,
Our hero is ourselves,
A deep desire,
To serve and protect.
It is our subconsciousness that is the hero.
For in darkness we shrink into it.
Looking for that spark of brightness to ignite.
Our hero, our hero claims a warriors heart.
