So much to see

So much to see

A Poem by Albert Freeman

So much to see

There is so much to see

yet it seems we have so little time

we talk of far off places and wondrous sites

one day I say, I day it will be

We'll go together, we'll share it all

A life time of dreams all made to come true

From the shores of South America to the mountains of Tibet

Places in between, will share it all together

I want you at my side every step of the way

We have so much to see

Every step of the way I want you with me

I don't know about Tibet, I don't think the Yak's can carry me...lmao.. however South America is fine, I speak enough Portuguese to get us by, lol Love the poem baby and the sentiment behind it.. only one criticism... we have LOTS of time.... your second line is not accurate :P xxx

Nah no shoving here, unless by accident because I'm a clutz. lol I take the good and the bad. I'm not even gonna insult Maya or any other actual good poets by trying to be as good as they are. Thanks for the reviews. :)

I really like the beginning and the style. The beginnning has a very nice flow to it, but the line 'From the shores of South America.....', the ryhtm changes too rapidly then returns to the initial rythm. I guess some form of decresecendo here would aid the flow. Apart from that. Very nice write, though, man. Fell free to tell me to shove it ;-)

Great poem. I love the way you prove a point in it. But the only poem I have with it is that most people wait to long to go where they want to go. So usually they don't ever go.
