The Fly

 

If I was a fly on a wall

 

I'd watch you closely and see what you like

 

High above upon the wall, I'd drink it in

 

your every move

 

With myriad eyes to see you clear

 

I'd take in your beauty and flutter my wings

 

I'd rub my front legs together with anticipation

 

Watching the chocolate you taste and savor

 

If I was a fly on the wall

 

I'd buzz wide

 

I'd buzz low

 

Wanting to be closer to you

 

yet not wanting you to brush me away

 

If I was a fly on the wall

 

I'd spend my days being as near as can be

 

This very short life

 

would be meant for you

 

If only I was a fly on the wall

to be a fly on the wall, this is crafty, the concept is a one of a kind one, which really
struck my imagination, as you bring the story to the romantic shade of passion,
the form has a coaster effect, the meaning really gets, to ponder what it is to be a
fly on the wall, searching for sweeter chocolates, Albert, this is creative work, strikes me
as lightheartedly humorous in romantic valentines way of thought, you are a true love poet.
