"What's your name?"
the teenage boy asked. The girl looked up and said , "May." "Well hello May, My name is Dan." The teenage boy said with a grin that he had May smiled as well. Her hands did a light wave Dan felt proud of the words exchanged. "How old are you May?" Dan questioned. He wanted an answer, yet wasn't sure if he was gaining it. "This is my 16th summer." The ginger answered. "And what about you? My bet is yours too." Dan laughed, tugging a string in May's broken heart. "I'm sorry Miss May. But I, Daniel, has spent 18 summers 'til this day." May laughed. She laughed. "Well I must say." she answered. "You act as if it were your eight." Dan feigned pain as he held his chest. "Oh, beautiful May. You broke my heart to pieces. For it is now a wreck!" May smiled to the boy she met. It was her sixteenth summer that saved her days. (Jakarta, 11 May 2014)
