this is so horribly lame. i can't believe i actually just wrote this.

i've always loved every woman that i have ever met.
there's hardly a love that i had that i will ever forget.

but when i came across you darling i understood real love
and this crazy notion of just one is all because

i've never met a girl so real and true
i have never met someone that i love more than you.

i understood what the olds folks say about reading the signs
for one, no one has such distaste for things sweet and kind.

no one can laugh at what i laugh at when i let my self be free
and know can see in me what you seem to see.

because i've never let out so much of who i am
except with you my love because i know you understand

you've given me a chance at redemption, given me a chance for life
you've given me a reason to find the little joy in all my inner strife.

you've tasted heartache but darling never from me
just give up your courage and have a life with me.

because my love. i love you. and though i've said it many times before
this time it is different, i've never ever meant it more.

sure i can't abandon all the ladies that i care for
but i know i've found the one in you, i've never been more sure.

i love you. oh yes i love you.

take my hand and walk with me for a little while
let me have just a dose of you, and taste of that smile.

forever more you'll my darling, my reason to wake each day
i'll never be satisfied with how many times that i will say..
