we sat around and finished the nilla wafersA Poem by alan khanthe tenderness i was running from
tracked me down and gave me the pleasure i dissapoved of.
when she'd come over it was like the fifth day of spring.
she'd lay across my bed, allowing me to lay on top of her. those long legs wrapping around me and trapping me in joy.
if it was day time we'd roll around in the sheets the sheets warm and subtle with sun light
stealing away kisses from the other
her small shoulders being tucked away in my large tight arms
if it was evening we'd let the moonlight kiss at the cool air between us as the steamy passion we'd share would melt away into cool relaxation.
she'd become hungry really really easily and i would too.
i couldn't cook and she'd refuse to make do of her wonderful culinary abilities.
so i'd bring up the snacks. cheese nips, animal crackers
and the sweet snacks given to us from the gods nilla wafers.
we'd munch on that and in the moments of sleep we'd roll around uncomfortably through the crumbs.
her head rested on my shoulder, made all the monsters i let run free
scared pups. © 2010 alan khan |
