A.D.D.A Chapter by Alaska RoseThis was my first freestyle poem... probably ever. I was feeling very frustrated that day...
ADD
Attention Deficit Disorder It's A Nightmare Trying Hard but it's not enough 'Cause I can't focus on my work. I want to excel, but it pulls me down I want to do well, but it hinders me I can't set my priorities straight I can't reach my goals within a reasonable time limit It isn't fair. I hate it. ADD It hurts. I gain weight I'm failing My dad's still in denial He believes that I'm just lazy; That I can do anything But it's hard I want to prove him right, But time and again I fall They say I have lots of potential, But I'm just not trying hard enough. It hurts. It's not fair. © 2010 Alaska RoseReviews
