Happy To Know You Still Care

You can't predict anything in life...

Most Beautiful music in the world is your own heartbeat.

It gives an assurance that you will survive 

even when the whole world leaves you alone...

and my heartbeat is you

Starting phase of love begins with friendship

and keeping a friend is as difficult as losing one

you sacrifice a lot to keep them.

I may not have sacrified enough for you..

but in my heart I swear am keeping you

Once I wish to have a key to your heart

now I have the heart but the key is lost forever...

We had a fight

We stop talking to each other

Days pass by

I still feel the sense of your touch

How you make me smile

Now those days are over...

We always fight about stupid things

and regret later..

We always feel sorry

and do it again

On my birthday you gave me a rose

and said goodbye..

I was so stupid to think for

one second you actually cared..

My honest review was that it was a very good poem and very enjoyable had a very sad ending but the ending i think could have been said in other ways all in all very well done. was very emotional

you capture the entire cycle fo a relationship so clearly here and in the end all that you can do is keep the memories. Some of the other reviews are correct when they said that a clean cut is sometimes better than the slow and painful option, but you shouldnt let the memories kill you either. Just use them for inspiration, as you did here, and help others learn as well. Bittersweet and beautifully penned

well reading the start and the title I though you were happy at realizing that the someone special really cared for you...but the conclusion was different...well I loved reading it....nice flow...the connection between heartbeat and "you" was indeed thoughtful...precious friend she must be to be your heartbeat...the essence of love accompanies friendship here as far as I understand!
