Jogan

Jogan

A Poem by akihsna

The claws of the night pierced the clouds
And bled them til they wept.
Where the wind performed his Tandav,
The leaves struggled to keep their breaths!
The tears poured and hurt the soil
And she kept mum yet I could smell her pain,
A pain worst than when she gets ploughed.

I came out and danced to lessen the burden,
She was happy at least someone cared.
But helpless as I were, I just faked a smile
And let my pointe work do wonders.
I chuckled when the tears smeared my mascara
For I now blended in her agony.
All doors were slammed since I took her side

And I was left wandering like a jogan!
