Haloes.

Haloes.

A Poem by akihsna
"

I considered smoking as hazardous. Not that I tried it yet! I don't want anybody to be influenced by these words of mine. Just that I now have another point of view thus sharing my opinion poetically.

"
Of smoke and ashes and strange odors
Dancing around their lips in rounds
Ringing with curiosity and discovery
Wandering forlorn yet so desired
An enigma waiting to be solved
Finds its skinny self in detriment
Only to satiate its admirers' lust
For it's a breakfree from their confinement
A means to get away from reality
A sinner is it or an ally?
Despised by many and loved by some
Lifted up and enjoyed every time
Downtrodden and crushed every day
Destined to endure every moment?
Who will change its fate
And give its existence a new meaning?
Misprized due to its impacts on their lives
But who really cared about its own?
Short- lived yet well reigned
Let it breathe, let it be.
