My Other Half

My Other Half

A Poem by Akashi
"

Me trying to write love poems and /failing/....

"
Every smile that crosses your lips touches my heart
Your eyes fill me with soul I didn't know I was missing
Each of your fingers count the times my heart skips a beat
My body would collapse without you holding the strings
My breath would stop without your hand, giving me warmth
But how do I tell you how much you mean to me
You're my blankets, my pillow, my sky, my only aroma
I'm surrounded by your smell, I'm tied up by your laugh
I can't shake off the feeling that you're the one
I can't replace the thoughts of you with anyone else
You're the clouds to my night sky.

Doesn't seem like you're
failing to me this was love romantic
Lovely sweet and a longing heart
Hungry for love.

Very Romantic and
Soft and sweet.

I can't replace the thoughts of you with anyone else
You're the clouds to my night sky.

I'm a hopeless romantic
So I write romantic love
and sensual passionate
intimate romantic poetry.

I write a variety but
not erotic
Or haiku poetry
Short stories repetition
and rhyme if it happens
and free verse everything
Inspires me.

This was beautifully penned.
