A teller's life is turned upside down as she is hunted by a clan formed to murder witches. Only by following a man can she discover truths that have been kept from the world for two centuries
I like the idea of referring to the main character as a "teller", and leaving the title's inversion of the usual/expected order of words, to establish that she is a 'fortune teller'.
"clan"? Doesn't quite seem to be the right word. In most contexts with which I am familiar, 'clan' refers to a group of people who have (generally) socio-genetic connections. The group to which you refer would most likely be drawn together by ideology. What is the story behind the formation of this group? What is the historical era; their socio-economic and religious backgrounds? However much you reveal to the reader, every character must be as alive in your psyche, as the people you see each day.
"a man"? Which man?
I'll get to the other two segments as soon as I can; meantime, keep going!
