God’s Eyes Through Mine

I believe I had a dream about God last night

 I was lying in bed when I saw the light

I was told to be strong

Proceed and strive all day long

 

Keep your goals, look fear in the eye

And know that only the strong survive

 I laid there baffled couldn't walk

But the bright voice continued to talk

 

 Sure things have got out of hand

My hands are tied I can’t change man

It is up to you to choose your fate

 And if you’re strong you will be great

 

 I asked it why so many die

 It said you do indeed know why

 And to reassure me it told me this

 People decided to have what they wish

 

 The dollar bill kills the man

 People strive for it and forgot my plan

 People kill the planet which is their home

 And progress is not to build a clone

 

Wake up from this pointless dream

People indeed need to work as a team

 Together united then people will strive

 With the way things are you will all die

 

Humans are born every single day

 Use your time to find a way

 Look outside your small home

 Look for somewhere else to roam

 

United you stand and you shall lift

 From this rock to another cliff

 To another place far away

But only if together you play

 

All for one and one for all

Think about it you could all stand tall

Think of the ants that roam the earth

The small things overlooked are worth

There is time to study and try to learn

 For they work together they do not earn

 

But people are caught up in themselves

People think “I” it don’t ring bells

 People live on the same planet

 Everyone should equally inhabit

 But some discriminate and lives are lost

 But everyone indeed pays the cost

 

To live for today is not the way

For the future of mankind anyway

People need to learn all there is to know

About why they treat their own world so

 

As time goes on and thus they die

Their planet will not stand tall and strive

They kill it by draining it all the time

They put the burden on the future’s eyes

 

Help them now while hope’s not lost

It than would not be such a cost

People are dying for humanities sins

It is true that no one ever wins

 

 I was speechless my hand was numb

I spoke to the voice so baffled and dumb

Is there something better out there?

Just live your life don’t be concerned or care

In time you will see who you shall be

And then the future can be what it be

 And off I go I have said what I said

 Use this to influence every human head
