Shattered

Shattered

A Poem by Aislinn Dujour
"

A poem of insecurity and love

"
I look into a mirror,
Facing an image not mine.
Seeing only the outer surface
Of my insecurity.

Once it becomes clearer,
After minutes of wasted time,
I'll wonder if it's truly worth it
To stare at only me.

I stare at myself and everybody else... Eyes are very hard to control :)
That said not everybody is born beautiful.. But do what you can to look good because taking care of yourself is the only place self esteem should come from (Talking about staying in shape and being active)
Truly happy people always take care of themselves
