Silver

A Story by Aishling

Like a Magpie, I see you from the corner of my eye.
Your light sprinkles on me like magic dust.
Drawing my closer,
Drawing me redder.

If only I knew why I needed you.
There's a fine line between need and want.
My feelings for you sit perfect, right there.
No explanation needed, just an explanation of hiding, until it fades.
Stumble on words if it's uncovered,
for I feel ashamed of this game I play.
