#EVERYDAY IS A FIGHT !!

To come in this life is easy,

but to live; is hard

every single day.......

you have to fight to survive.....

You have to fight

all your insecurities and fear of failure ;

so that, you don't fall into dark pit.......

You have to loose yourself

and become submissive;

so that, you have have people around you.....

You have to be either the most pretty girl

or the girl with the brains;

so that, people regard your opinion......

You have to be the most social girl 

or the part of the most dominating social group;

so that, you don't  feel left out......

You have to fight back your tears

and leave your past behind;

so that, people don't rule over you.....

Everyday is a fight.....so that  you can wake up every morning ,

hoping that today will be better ......

but it's your either karma or fate, that you end up having same tortuous day or worse than yesterday.......

Normally I don't like to read something this gloomy when there's not a shred of hope anywhere. The one thing that saves your message, so it doesn't feel too oppressive, is that it's clearly stated with stunning honesty. Many times a depressive rant like this can feel like the narrator is describing the dark demons in one's head. But in your message, you reflect back to us the things you see in life, the very real crap that goes on, which beats one down & down & down. It's not a message I like to hear, becuz I wish it were different for many young people . . . but this is what it is & you've painted a vivid portrait of how it can be. Fondly, Margie

Thanks for your review..... But honestly i do try every time to write new version of every poem i write coz they are always dark... But now I'm taking it slow....with passage of time i think I'll surely be able to forget what had happened to me.... Once i get over the haunting past.... I will be able to write more bright poems.... And yes it really means a lot to me that you did take out your time to read nd review this poem which is not of your taste..... And this is what exactly happens in every CONVENT school in India... Trust me... 'cause even i went through it.... And I'm writing poems because i don't want other girls to go through the same thing i went through.... Keep visiting..... :)

Hope everyone likes it.... This poem is one of my favorites coz Everyday when i use to leave my house for school.... I use to recite it.... As a ritual..... Coz that's what always happened with me.... But whatever let's leave that and try to enjoy this poem.... Positive and constructive reviews are welcome....
