#EVERYDAY IS A FIGHT !!

To come in this life is easy,

but to live; is hard

every single day.......

you have to fight to survive.....

You have to fight

all your insecurities and fear of failure ;

so that, you don't fall into dark pit.......

You have to loose yourself

and become submissive;

so that, you have have people around you.....

You have to be either the most pretty girl

or the girl with the brains;

so that, people regard your opinion......

You have to be the most social girl 

or the part of the most dominating social group;

so that, you don't  feel left out......

You have to fight back your tears

and leave your past behind;

so that, people don't rule over you.....

Everyday is a fight.....so that  you can wake up every morning ,

hoping that today will be better ......

but it's your either karma or fate, that you end up having same tortuous day or worse than yesterday.......

A great piece from the heart. Theres lots of stress on young people today. There is also ways to avoid and get away from all the rhetoric. It's important to do your best and with that in your heart, don't let words bother you. Realize that people you do you wrong will never be your true friend. Avoid them. Associate only with those who like you as you are.

I think this sums up highschool for me. The dread of lunch times and not having anything either funny or smart to say...so just saying nothing.
The defiance and desire to alter the fear or battle makes me see this as an empowering poem and I hope you are able to beat these feelings/situation, because I definitely don't believe in karma and fate just the clouding thoughts taking over and the wrong group of people that don't help to get through it.

Well I just want to believe what you have said at the end, but thousands of s**t won't let me do that....and yes it's actually my own story of high school life....i thought this problem existed in Indian Convent schools but I see, it even happens in abroad... Your words seem to say that you have the strength within yourself to rise above all the negatives. That strength is what will raise you above all the idiots out there that need to attempt to crush others in order to make themselves feel better about their pathetic, empty heads. well ya, you are quite right about it......i wrote this poem when i was way too optimistic....ah! those good old days are no longer.... but if somebody else finds a strength to overcome all odds in his/her life from my poems,then i'm quite happy.....btw thanks a lot for stopping by.... :)

What are you afraid of failing at? You are 16 and you have decades and decades of life ahead of you, and every day is a brand new beginning to do whatever you want to! Trying to fit in to groups that can't recognize your sensitivity and talent is wast of time. Accept the company of people who appreciate you and enjoy you for what you are. I wish you all the best.

Firstly thanks for taking out your time to read my poem... Secondly thanks a lot again for your best wishes... Thirdly.... Sometimes you get stuck at those places where you can't be yourself and there's nobody for you... And this is a fact that the groupism is at it's best in convent schools.... So you don't get anybody' back untill you are of there type... Fourthly... We all have our pasts... Age difference doesn't matter... A depression has been seen in 16 year old girl and for that matter it has been also observed in 36 year old woman.... The point is at every age we have achievements to achieve.... No matter what age group you belong to... There's a fear of failing at exams.... Or at national level exam.... Or at competition... Or in life..... Emotions and happenings doesn't come after seeing your age group.... At least... .. What happened to me didn't ask me what age group I belong to....
