Breathing WaterA Poem by AmandaKind of emo, but ok I thoughtCan't think, Can't breathe, Can't breathe, can't think, While fast beneath the waves I sink, I take one breath, One breath I drink, Can't breathe, can't think, I sink, I sink.
A drink, a drink, Another drink, To muffle frantic thoughts I think, Until at last I'm on the brink Of death, I think, I sink, I sink.
I see the brink, As black as ink, It rushes forth, severs the link, Of Soul and mind, They're out of sync, Another drink, I sink, I sink.
