in memory of ibrahim kabbani

A Poem by Aiden Alyx

here today
your smiling face
a kindhearted laugh
an amazing place
gone tomorrow
a choked cry
the silent grave
on the ground you lay
cold
bleak
here today
but gone tomorrow
the child's play
turns to greif and sorrow
as soon as you're here
you're gone
here today
you left us all
but its not your fault
because today
is nothing more
than yesterday's tomorrow

I remember that day...That was a wonderful poem that you wrote though Kellz, it made me remember him in a good way, and not only him but other people who had died in my lifetime. It made me remember happy times with all of them. Even though I didn't know him that well.
