Starlight

Starlight falls on me
Filling me with hope
Burning ever bright
Eternally burning
Guiding our way through the night
They shine like embers
To light the way
Through the darkest night
They guide us
Until day comes
To brighten our hearts
Ushering a new dawn
A new day
A new chance for us to start again

As Lily said, this poem is filled with hope. On some level, I think small rays of starlight come with your words. Like the North Star, they lead us to a peaceful place for rejuvenation. I like how you are doing a whole series on the elements and aspects of nature. The pieces fit together well.
