We must be willing 
To go inside of our
Minds and go inside

Our hearts if we truly
Want to be free from
The world and its 

Constant chatter
And turmoil
We must be

Willing to be 
Honest with
Ourselves

And truly seeing
What is inside of
Us to truly set

Ourselves free
Setting free the
Insanity that 

Seems to plague
So many people
Today in this world

We are falling
Ever deeper into
The chasm of 

Destruction that
We seem to be 
Dangling over

We need to go
Inside and truly
Seek the truth

And seek the 
Truth and the
Light that is 

Already there
In our hearts
And in our 

Minds if we
Know how 
To look inside

i find this easier to do by sitting somewhere beautiful and quiet, then it happens automatically, it seems like i am not so much looking inside my own mind to quiet the caos, but instead my inner mind is going back to where it belongs and connecting with everything around us, after all there is no space between you and the trees around you, nor no cartesian split between matter and mind, everything is one so we should treat everything equally and with love, i love this poem, thank you

I really love this one, problem is all the chatter is coming from inside my own head! So solitude hardly helps that situation, but I do agree we all need alone time. I don't understand people that don't.

I agree with Nora and Neva. We all need to find the time to sit alone and be truly quiet. To fing the desire and courage to look within ourselves and face the ugliest parts of ourselves and turn them into pretty things about us by fixing them.
