We have to accept things

For what they really are

And live in reality instead of fantasy

Sometimes we can get so disjointed

Disjointed from ourselves

And disjointed from others

Living in a fantasy

That never existed in the first place

We must move past this fantasy into reality

And accept the world for as it is

Because if we try and fool ourselves

Fool ourselves about what is going on in the world

Fool ourselves about what is going inside of us

We will untimately seperate ourselves from reality altogether

And can become so disoriented 

And so absorbed in our own fantasies

That we don't stop and think

How our actions

Or how our delusions

Are affecting other people

We can actually start to harm people

If we act off of our delusions

And more importantly

We can hurt ourselves

We can allow our delusions

To run our lives

And to pollute our eyes 

From seeing reality is it truly is

So we must try and seperate reality from the fantasy

And understand that love is the ultimate reality

And if we understand that

A lot of the harmful delusions

And disarray

And confusion

Will start to melt away

And we will start to understand

Just how foolish

Our delusions really are

And start living and seeing reality

For what it truly is

I feel like this is what depression kind of is sometimes. Like after a something bad in our lives we hide in a dark place. not allowing ourselves to get over the bad and not let in the happy. But reality is love and happiness. But we just dont see it that way. We are still stuck in our false dark reality.

This is deep and I really love the concept.

Casonia has always been an escape of mine, a safe haven and Sitkania is my alternate self. But I still know how to balance that and reality.

Reality can be cruel and so is this world. So it's up to us to better it :)

I totally needed to read this, as i was going through my own "delusions" and fantasies,as part of myself. Reality is something we hasve to see, even in wy of "our own eyes", as we are inside of us. Reality can be deep and deeper, as ourselves, but Yes delusions will be revealed to us, sooner or later. So reality will glance with its too sharp metal shine, under the cover of "gold' that always glitters in our illusions. Very TRUE write...Thank u for sharing, Ahmad.
