This little light of mine

This light that's here

This light that is inside of us

We have to see it

It's sitting right there

You just have to reach out and grab it

And once you do

It will change you forever

Let go of all your fears

Of all the lies you have told yourself

Let go of your feelings of inequity

We all have a place under the sun

We just have to be willing to accept that fact

So that we can live in peace

Not only with ourselves

But with others as well

And we can all move in peace

When we share that light with others

And we can all move forward together

And step into the light

And step away from fear

And step away from darkness

And step away from pain

Into a world where we can be free
