Rising and Falling

We all fall
We all rise
We are all subject
To the flowing ebb of time
We all have our moments
When we feel the most content
When we feel like life 
Is just where it is supposed to be
There are time in our lives
When we feel lost
And when we feel like all is lost
And when we feel like we don't know
Which way is up or down
When we can feel 
Like life doesn't really make any sense
When we are searching 
For answers out in the rain
When we are searching for ourselves
And when we need to start again
But we all have these moments
They are just a part of life
We just have to be willing
To seek
To love
To grow
And continuing to to move forward
Through the good times and the bad

Yes, i agree, even when we are lost we must try to find the way to get out to go where we are suppose to be, we must not lose our faith. Great poem, very true, I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the excellent read.
