"you are not alone"

Together tonight

Together tonight we burn our way

The path of light which we often take

Hand in hand we walk ahead

Walking away from the crimes we made

In the dark alley one often says

That there are chances of death ahead

But I hold on to the choice I made

In spite of the dangers we may take

Together tonight we play a game

Juggling around life and death

Walking by the jungle lane

With spooky branches blocking our way

Hunger craves in one by one

Trying to destroy the aims that come

Giving up had become sound

But I managed to convince the choice around

Love this. A steadfast soul adventure piece. I do enjoy its commitment. Holding to choice, despite the dangers... i could use more of that myself. I can feel so cowardly at times. I daring piece of writing. Great flow. Sensible. I didnt have to work to enjoy. Yet smart. High marks Ahena!

A very uplifting piece, I say. In life choices are made, decisions to do, situations to go through. There will always be risk, it’s part of life for us to go through. It is how we grow, how we manage to outshine ourselves, or even how we improve ourselves.

Danger lurks when you least expected. Life maybe short or long, live for what is worth taken for, live for what is worth dying for.. because giving up is just an excuse to live an easy life, because I think life is never easy, life is just at it is… a good challenge.
