And then...

Happy new year

And then…

And then the year went but     

in less than a blink of an eye      

songs of joy on the high                  

resolutions pass by

A year ahead I wait for more

wondering what’s in store

For there is lots of adventure in the sky

and stories dug in deep inside

A tribute to the year gone by                 

for I feel I dance in the sky       

and a welcome for the New Year shines

I wonder what I’ll put in the book                 

for all to remember the joys that stood
