No More

No More

A Poem by AhEed AbRar

Listen,
It ain't no joke
it's a world wide folk.
They question our hopes
never ever no more.
We'll show them a soldier.
with a big upholder
they'll see us in the sky
while they are punished for their lies.
Those big mouth politicians
this is what they deserve.
Now  they'll see the face
of a new born world,
with no atrocities, brutality, infamy.
We'll stand and attest
go out and protest.
Against the feeble minded,
the leaders of the nation.
Who vowed for the people,
but gave his own stooges
the money of our hard earned sweat and blood
showed us how big fools we were.
Promised for a better world
earned some big bucks
now sits out on the promise.
Should have seen this coming
all these years
this is what were suffering
have no doubts in my mind
gonna change it next time round.
But who to trust
every nag is the same.
Lies , Greed and Misery is what we complain
but no one steps up and throws this crap on their face
many have come and gone
they made them pay.
But all for nothing
as we stand and stare
at the bodies of the brothers who lost their life
we say they're martyrs
but do we really mean what we say.
Now we stay silent and wait for the next one who'll lead us
to fight against the atrocities of these leeches.
We'll stand discreet and he'll see us.
Motivated, he'll go and fight
without us he'll come back loosing and will be remembered as a vibe.
A magician who tried to change our lives
but failed the magic trick and lost his life.
The government ain't supposed to rule us
we made them what they are
they should be afraid of us
not we from their cars.
They look at us as if they don't know us
well reality check
we are the one's who chose you.
Now don't look so surprised
your our servants and you have to abide.
Get out of our way you have no right
to stop us from exposing your lies.
Well its your fault
pulled our last nerve
now feel the wrath of the whole  world.
You ain't no match for us you're just puppets
now don't act as our masters
don't try to divide us.
Just provide us with what we need
become a better government that's priority.
Don't lie we'll break your jaws
snatch 'em and keep 'em in our paws.
You've seriously misjudged us
think you'll walk away from what we've suffered.
Now don't look at us like that
I'm gonna snatch 'em eyeballs and tie 'em on a string.
Hope you'll see better with your eyes then..................

A powerful flow of righteous words. It carries a strong message, yet it causes me to be torn in the middle, for while there is truth that many of the world governments need to be shown that the people no longer wish for their leadership... violent resistance get's the world nowhere but more dead. Ghandi knew that, so did Martin Luther King Jr.
Only change through compassion and kindess, changed at the level of the individual self can accomplish anything in my opinion.

Thanks for sharing your ink! You spin a good powerful piece of poetry!
