A Poem by Ewen A Morrison
"

Our first daughter x

"

Claire

Our second born, first daughter -

and loving each stage better;

so dependent on her parents,

after brother, come all events.

Dependent/he independent -

from genes, all descendant.

Joy has bred, feeding our ‘tree’;

what will be? Wait 'n' see!

She married, as did choose -

bless both, and their 'papoose'

coupling pair, made with élan;

then born: named Dylan.

Dylan is our first grandchild -

promising future Shall-Build!

presently must meld ‘course’,

family, is our Best-Recourse!

Dad x
